What an important comment on the capacity of ECE programs. How can we target our coaching and TA to fit the capacity of the program and ultimately be most effective? A strong understanding of the program before we begin coaching and TA might provide important insights about capacity that could help. Nice article.

I am so pleased to see this post; we must absolutely reflect upon how we spend our resources: do they enhance quality or create burdensome requirements driven by documentation? How can we develop the appropriate balance while ensuring that the focus is on placing the maximum level of resources to programs, children, and families and at the same time, shift our view of "accountability" to a win-win partnership?
