Eye on Early Education focuses on the twin goals of ensuring that Massachusetts children have access to high-quality early education and become proficient readers by the end of third grade.
I think we need to align the Common Core with what we know about how child development; this alignment should be based on current research on brain development, developmentally appropriate practice, and how children learn, not by further compressing the curriculum.
