		<description><![CDATA[The article points out the parallel Pre-k has to the problems of the 1-12 and now K-12 system had at it&#039;s beginning. I have become aware of a reason for this historic problem is related to the unscientific assimilation of the intellectual elimination process in 1830 and trying to use it to create an intellectual development process for all children. Scientifically it is now understood that natural human consciousness begins in the age span of 2 1/2 to 3 This is the scientific reason for Pre-k. The natural psychological reason that the reality of science cannot be used is a consequence of our unscientific K-12 experience. Our history with science in the K-12 system is only thru science curriculum as a course to take. Science of natural intellectual development is not the educational experience so any personal reality of scientific experience being of value is not available. The reason for the historic search for improvements in education of children is the scientific and resulting technology that is replacing the human physical energy need at the survival level with the need of intellectual energy. This level of educational change is evolutionary and is beyond improvements.]]></description>
